"Exploitation of women's skills: new policies for organizational change and economic aims of the association system of the proposer to promote the participation of women in top roles and decision-making through specific training for the acquisition of managerial skills. "
is in progress in Alba Adriatica (Te), an innovative training course sponsored and financed by Donneuropee Federcasalinghe Ministry of Labour with the law 125, attended by thirty women who play key roles in the Association from all over Italy, among which six are in Campania: Teresa D'Isa, Anna De Cristofaro, Jose Franca, Maddalena Montuori, Maria Muzzico, Dominique Testa. Final objective: training of professionals able to develop and promote, in particular in the fields of Tourism and Handicraft of Quality, the ability of many women.
The course is structured in four modules, will end in November in Udine with an internship in the International Exhibition "Ideas Christmas" which will also be exposed to the beautiful creations Associate Donneuropee Federcasalinghe from various regions. DT
